About Cape Henlopen
Cape Henlopen High School, located in Lewes, DE, is a great school that offers a wide range of athletic programs for both girls and boys. The school is proud of its football and basketball programs, which have garnered a strong following among students and the local community. The football team competes in the Henlopen Conference and has a fierce rivalry with Sussex Central High School. Meanwhile, the basketball team is a member of the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association and regularly goes up against strong teams from around the state.
