About Alameda
Alameda International Jr./Sr. High School in Lakewood, CO is a wonderful school that boasts a wide range of athletic programs for both girls and boys sports. Students can participate in basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, cross country, cheerleading, wrestling, track and field, and more. The school is known for its strong football and basketball programs, which are steeped in tradition and have plenty of rivals. The football team is part of the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) and competes in the 2A division. Their biggest rivals include Sheridan High School and Englewood High School. The basketball team is also a member of CHSAA and competes in the 3A division. Their biggest rivals include Jefferson High School and Arvada High School. Regardless of which sport Alameda students choose to participate in, they are sure to receive top-notch coaching, support, and opportunities to excel.
