About Nazareth
Nazareth Area High School is a vibrant and dynamic educational institution located in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. The school offers a diverse range of academic programs and extracurricular activities designed to help students achieve their full potential. One of the school's greatest strengths is its athletic program, which features both girls and boys sports teams in a variety of sports. Among the sports offered are football, basketball, soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball, swimming, track and field, cross country, tennis, lacrosse, and field hockey. The football and basketball programs are particularly noteworthy and have a long history of success. The football team competes in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association's District XI and is a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference. The team's biggest rival is neighboring high school Easton Area High School, and the two schools compete annually in the Thanksgiving Day game, which is one of the most highly anticipated events of the year. The basketball program is also very competitive and has a strong tradition of success. The team competes in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference and regularly competes against some of the top teams in the state. Like the football team, the basketball team also has a heated rivalry with Easton Area High School. Overall, Nazareth Area High School is an excellent educational institution that offers students a wide range of academic and extracurricular opportunities.
